Marianthi Stamou was born in 1983. She studied Geography at the University of the Aegean and received a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics and a PhD in Spatial Econometrics with application to the reassessment of real estate from the Department of Economic and Regional Development of Panteion University.

Since 2017 she is working at BLE KEDROS REIC. During the academic year 2016-2017 she served as lecturer holding the position of Assistant Professor at Panteion University, under the Presidential Decree No 407/80. During the years 2015 and 2016 she worked periodically as an analyst at the HERE Technologies office in Athens. In 2015 she participated as a rapporteur in the European Lifelong Learning Programme for the Modernization of Alumni Knowledge and in the same year she participated as a coordinator in a project aiming at the evaluation of market, rent and performance indicators of the main categories of commercial real estate in the Greek market at Piraeus Real Estate S.A. In 2013 she participated as a researcher in a study performed by the Organization of Planning and Environmental Protection of Athens, for the investigation of urban regeneration prospects in the city. During 2008 -2009 she worked at Piraeus University as a researcher in the European SHARE programme. Finally, during her PhD during 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, she participated in the co-curricular undergraduate courses in Geographical Information Systems, Econometrics, Real Estate Finance and the postgraduate course in Real Estate Management of the Department of Economics and Regional Development of the Panteion University.

Katerina Petropoulou was born in 1965. She holds a Degree in Accounting from the University of Piraeus (Business and Administration Department). She is a member of the Economic Chamber. She holds Professional Identity of Tax Accountant A` class. She has working experience of 33 years.  She worked as head of financial and accounting departments of M.& S.HOURDAKIS SA, SIELINE SA, KERAKOLL HELLAS LTD and COCO-MAT SA.

Vicky Dimakopoulou was born in 1982. She is a Civil Engineer, has graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Structural Design and Analysis of Structural Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens and she is a PhD candidate at the Laboratory for Earthquake Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens; her thesis topic is: “Reinforced Concrete Linear Elements Response to Near-Field Seismic Excitations”.

Since 2014 she has been working for BLE KEDROS as Civil Engineer. Since 2008 she has been participating as a scholar in the Laboratory for Earthquake Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), with an auxiliary teaching project, in the courses “Engineering Seismology 1” and “Earthquake Engineering”, of the 8th and 7th semester respectively, of the School of Civil Engineering of the NTUA.

Mrs Katerina Tziafa was born in 1973. She is an Economist and holds a Μaster in Business Administration Degree.

From 1996 until 2009 she has worked as a trader in several Greek Brokerage Firms placing orders for individuals and institutional clients, for Greek and International Stock Exchanges and Bond Markets as well as Derivatives Market. Then, for more than five years she worked in Greek Banks’ Treasury Departments such as Agricultural Bank and Piraeus Bank, trading bonds and currencies for institutional clients such as mutual funds, brokerage firms, and other small and medium size banks. Afterwards, she worked in a Business Consultancy Firm providing tax and accounting support for companies and individuals.

Since 2022 she is the Investor Relations Manager and corporate announcements at BLE KEDROS REIC.

Nicolas Michalos holds a degree in Business Administration from the Hellenic Open University and it has completed two years postgraduate program in the Hellenic Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has a Diploma basic education from Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors. He is a member since 2013, a member in Training Committee and attended a series of seminars in internal control. He has a long work of 33 years experience in banks and shipping company. From 2015 until 2020 he has worked as Experienced Auditor-Internal Audit Division, in Piraeus Bank in Credit Audit, Financial Markets and Group Finance. He worked as executive in financial department in Hellenic Bank Ltd, ING Bank N.V. and Royal Olympic Company.
