Investment Committee
Ο κ. Χρήστος Ν. Μπομπόλιας γεννήθηκε το 1978. Σπούδασε Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης και είναι κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου (MSc) Transport Trade & Finance από το Bayes Business School του Πανεπιστημίου City του Λονδίνου.
Από το 2003 εργάστηκε ως Σύμβουλος Επιχειρήσεων στην Kantor Management Consultants με κύριο αντικείμενο την εκπόνηση τεχνικοοικονομικών μελετών και τη διαχείριση επενδυτικών σχεδίων. Από το 2006 μέχρι το 2012 εργάστηκε στην Ευρωσύμβουλοι ΑΕ σε έργα παροχής υπηρεσιών τεχνικού και χρηματοοικονομικού Συμβούλου προς τον Δημόσιο Τομέα. Συμμετείχε σε ομάδες εργασίας και ήταν υπεύθυνος σε έργα Τεχνικού Συμβούλου, εκπόνησης μελετών ωριμότητας, βιωσιμότητας, στρατηγικού και επιχειρησιακού σχεδιασμού δημόσιων φορέων και οργανισμών. Το 2010 ανέλαβε την θέση υπευθύνου για την ανάπτυξη των εργασιών της θυγατρικής στην Τουρκία, Avrupa İlişkileri Danışmanlık AŞ (Euroconsultants Turkey) κυρίως σε θέματα παροχής υπηρεσιών προς τον ευρύτερο τουρκικό δημόσιο τομέα.
Το 2012 εντάχθηκε στην COCO-MAT ως Οικονομικός Διευθυντής, θέση που διατήρησε μέχρι το 2014. Ασχολήθηκε με την παρακολούθηση και τον έλεγχο του ετήσιου προϋπολογισμού και των ταμειακών ροών του ομίλου, τον έλεγχο δαπανών και την ετοιμασία χρηματοοικονομικών καταστάσεων και αναφορών για την Διοίκηση της Εταιρείας. Μετά την διάσπαση της ΜΑΧΙ ABEE το 2014 στην οποία είχε ενεργή συμμετοχή, συνέχισε στην COCO-MAT ΑΒΕΕ ως Διευθυντής Λειτουργιών με ευρύ αντικείμενο: Εφαρμογή και παρακολούθηση της ομαλής λειτουργίας όλων των τμημάτων παραγωγής, προμήθειων, logistics, aftersales, HRM, IT (περίπου 120 άτομα), έλεγχος και έγκριση δαπανών κλπ.
Παράλληλα, από την σύσταση της ΜΠΛΕ ΚΕΔΡΟΣ το 2014 ανέλαβε θέση ευθύνης ενώ από το 2015 μέχρι σήμερα είναι μέλος του ΔΣ αυτής. Κύριο αντικείμενό της ενασχόλησής του είναι η οικονομική παρακολούθηση της Εταιρείας και η περαιτέρω ανάπτυξή της μέσω αποκτήσεων νέων ακινήτων. Παράλληλα, είχε κεντρικό ρόλο στην διαδικασία αδειοδότησής της ως ΑΕΕΑΠ το 2017 και στην διαδικασία εισαγωγής της στο Χρηματιστήριο το 2022.
Από το 2018 απασχολείται παράλληλα στην Spectra Mare Financial Services με αντικείμενο την εκπόνηση χρηματοοικονομικών μελετών.
Evangelia Paliari was born in 1988. She holds a graduate degree from National Technical University of Athens in civil engineering and an Ecosystem Infrastructure Design Certificate from Permaculture Research Institute (PRI), Australia. She has extensive experience in management and administration of technical projects aiming at protecting the environment and saving energy. Since 2016 she is the founder of Eco-Incubator company, which is specializing in the reconstruction of apartment buildings and in the management of tourist accommodation with sustainability and respect for the environment. Finally, in 2015 she represented Greece, at the 15th Annual Conference of the Harvard Business School on "Strategy & Business Environment".
Mr. Haris Lazanas-Mikros was born in Athens in 1966, while in 1983 he was admitted to the Athens Law School
His professional experience begins in 1984 where he worked in the jewelry field as a sales manager in various companies until 2005.
From 2005 to 2008 he worked as a General Manager at Makedonia Sausages SA as well as at Nitsiakos SA as a Regional Manager. He was active in the development of the business projects and opportunities as well as the company’s sales
From 2008 until today he has been active in the field of construction as a project manager, responsible for all the decisions and actions required for the completion of projects in many companies such as Citystop SA, Solsom AEBE, Pavillem SA, To and Fro IKE. He mainly deals with the evaluation of new business opportunities in the real estate and tourism sectors, preparation of business plans, submission and successful processing of all necessary documents to all public offices for project licensing as well as the organization of the project team of engineers and technicians.
From September 2022 he participates in the Board of Directors of BLE KEDROS REIC.
Marianthi Stamou was born in 1983. She studied Geography at the University of the Aegean and received a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics and a PhD in Spatial Econometrics with application to the reassessment of real estate from the Department of Economic and Regional Development of Panteion University.
Since 2017 she is working at BLE KEDROS REIC. During the academic year 2016-2017 she served as lecturer holding the position of Assistant Professor at Panteion University, under the Presidential Decree No 407/80. During the years 2015 and 2016 she worked periodically as an analyst at the HERE Technologies office in Athens. In 2015 she participated as a rapporteur in the European Lifelong Learning Programme for the Modernization of Alumni Knowledge and in the same year she participated as a coordinator in a project aiming at the evaluation of market, rent and performance indicators of the main categories of commercial real estate in the Greek market at Piraeus Real Estate S.A. In 2013 she participated as a researcher in a study performed by the Organization of Planning and Environmental Protection of Athens, for the investigation of urban regeneration prospects in the city. During 2008 -2009 she worked at Piraeus University as a researcher in the European SHARE programme. Finally, during her PhD during 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, she participated in the co-curricular undergraduate courses in Geographical Information Systems, Econometrics, Real Estate Finance and the postgraduate course in Real Estate Management of the Department of Economics and Regional Development of the Panteion University.
Audit Committee
Mr. Chytiroglou was born in 1982. He is an Economist, a graduate of the Department of Economics of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Certified Auditor with experience in regular, tax and management audits.
Since 2008, he has worked as a Trainee Certified Auditor Accountant in a number of auditing companies in Greece: Grant Thornton, Kreston Prime Audit, Artia Poria, VNT, KRS Audit, Delta Partners. During his employment with them, he participated in regular financial audits of Companies, tax audits, management audits, audits of Hospitals, Municipalities and Municipal Enterprises as well as other organizations.
Since 2021 he holds the status of Certified Auditor Accountant, belonging to the staff of the auditing company FRS PROTYPOS ELEGTIKI. He is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (S.O.E.L.), a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (A.C.C.A.) of the United Kingdom and a Member of the Economic Chamber of Greece. Among the companies he has audited are listed on the Athens Stock Exchange (ATH).
From 2022 he is the chairman of the Audit Committee of BLUE KEDROS REIC.
Mr Alexiou, established manager with a demonstrated history of working in the financial sector with international experience and strong business development abilities, holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and also a master's degree in Banking Management from the above university.
From 2017 to 2022 he was appointed as CEO, executive member of the BoD of Ble Kedros REIC where he remains as a non-executive member of the Board. Earlier, from 2015 to 2016, he worked as Head of Institutional Sales at Leon Depolas Asset Management Company, while in the period 2011 - 2013 he was the CEO, executive member of BoD of Pegasus Securities Financial Investment Services SA. From 2005 to 2009 he worked as a senior private banker at Marfin Bank. During the period 2002 – 2005 he served as a General Manager and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss organization Banca del Gottardo, where he was involved, among other duties, in the provision of advisory services for real estate investments, while from 2000 to 2002 he was a Portfolio Manager at Epic Investment Services. He worked as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch Athens Greece in the period 1997-1999 and as an Area & Sales Manager at Eurobank from 1993 to 1997.
Mr Arar was born in 1965. He studied Economics at the Sorbonne University and holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Institutd' Etudes Politiques, Paris), holds a PhD in economics with a specialization in econometrics from the Sorbonne University (Paris I) as well as a PhD in Philology-Literature (Lettres) from the Sorbonne University Paris IV).
From 2010 to 2015, he served as Board Member of Nicon - Informatics and Telecommunications S.A. while from 2004 to 2014 he participated as shareholder in the construction company (joint venture) GAP & P. During 2008-2009 he was Advisor to the Managing Director of “Invest” in Greece, aiming at promoting foreign investment in Greece. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of HYGEIA Group in 2008. During 2006-2008 he served as Financial Advisor to the Minister of Culture and from 1999 to 2006, as Management Advisor to ALTEC Group. He participated as a consultant in the investment committees of Venture Capital, leasing and factoring companies. Between 1998 and 1999, he also acted as Portfolio Manager of UBP Union Bancaire Privée in Switzerland, and from 1996 to 1998 he worked at Piraeus Bank in the Treasury Management Division. He held the same position in the Benroubi Group from 1992 until his retirement.

Mr Evmorfidis was born in 1966. He holds a Degree in School of Low from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master in Law Studies from Sorbonne Law School of Paris
Ο Δημήτρης Τρύφωνος γεννήθηκε το 1992. Από το 2014 είναι απόφοιτος του University of Brighton στον τομέα του Environmental Science
Από το 2014 ως το 2017 εργάστηκε στην εταιρεία Tlife Capital ως Partner με αυξημένες αρμοδιότητες που αφορούν στην εν γένει ανάπτυξη της εταιρείας. Από το 2017 έως και σήμερα συμμετέχει με καθήκοντα Αντιπροέδρου στην εταιρεία Winmedica (ELPEN GROUP) στην οποία δραστηριοποιείται στο κομμάτι της ανάπτυξης του δικτύου πωλήσεων της επιχείρησης καθώς και στην ευρύτερη διαχείριση των επιχειρησιακών πράξεων με απώτερο σκοπό την περαιτέρω εξέλιξη του κύκλου εργασιών.
Επίσης δραστηριοποιείται και στον τουριστικό κλάδο έχοντας ενεργό συμμετοχή στο μετοχικό σχήμα και στη διαχείριση δυο ξενοδοχείων στη Λέσβο και στη Σαντορίνη.
Aπό τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2022 είναι ανεξάρτητο μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της ΜΠΛΕ ΚΕΔΡΟΣ ΑΕΕΑΠ.
